Refund Policy

All payments made to Nimbus Defence Academy for courses or services are non-transferable and non-refundable once access to the course material has been granted or classes have commenced. In special circumstances such as duplicate payments or technical issues leading to transaction errors, refunds may be processed after verification. Requests for such refunds must be made in writing within seven days of the transaction date. The final decision regarding refunds rests solely with Nimbus Defence Academy management.
